What this covers

This notice covers this website and the audit request form. It does not cover patient data processed for a hospital; that is governed by the agreement with each hospital.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, hospital name and city, number of beds, and a phone number or email address. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Why

To reply to your request and arrange a call. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Form submissions are delivered to our business email through a form service. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to hello@halepulse.com. We act on requests under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
